Description: The Planned Districts layer shows the development landbays and master zoning plans for the mixed use planned zoning districts in Prince William County, There are 5 classes of planned zoning districts in the county: PBD (Planned Business District), PMD (Planned Mixed District), PMR (Planned Mixed Residential), RPC (Residential Planned Community) and V (Village). The master zoning plans show the landbays designating the development pattern and uses for the planned district and designate whether certain landbays will be developed as commercial, industrial, retail, or residential, as well as the level of development allowed.
