Description: Digital Gateway South (REZ2022-00033), Digital Gateway North (REZ2022-00032), and Compass Data Centers Prince William County Campus 1 (REZ2022-00036) are sites subject to the adopted Comprehensive Plan Amendment (CPA2021-00004) for Prince William Digital Gateway within the Gainesville magisterial district. Additional information regarding each project can be found within Prince William County Development Services ePortal. The data contain digitized geographical areas from the approved site plans which have been cited in the attribute data. Digitization was carried out by the Prince William County Office of Planning in the fall of 2024. Georeferenced area features include archaeology sites, buffered landscape areas, wetland areas, reforestation areas, substations, surface water management areas, land bay areas, and limits of disturbances for each above referenced site. Please refer to the attribute information for additional information on each of these areas. All locations are approximate.
