Also on the layer are public facility reviews that require a hearing by the Planning Commission, and comprehensive plan amendments that have been initiated by the Board of County Supervisors. Site polygons are added at the time of the first submission transmittal to county review agencies and remain on the layer until either adopted by the Board of County Supervisors, or with PFRs, approved by the Planning Commission. </SPAN></P></DIV> |
