Description: The layer includes property owner associations in Prince William County including condo unit associations, residential and commercial or otherwise. The layer is used to notify any property owner associations using the Adjacent Property Owner Notification application as well as a general reference for where these kinds of associations exist for notification purposes by the county. Mailing address for the features are based on property owned by the association where possible. The layer also utilized the voluntary Owners Associations list maintained by the Neighborhood Services Division of Public Works where information was provided. Some of the information in the list may be outdated as the owners associations are responsible for updating the listing as necessary. The parcel owner and address were used wherever possible as the primary mailing address.
