A modified representation of FEMA's 100 year floodplain. This layer was modified to spatially match the data it replaces in the PWC geodatabase which had been modified by PWC Environmental Services staff. The 2015 updated FEMA data still maintains roughly a 27.5 foot shift in the NE direction from features in PWC's geodatabase. Per PWC Environmental Services, the official data is FEMA100YR as delivered from FEMA.
