This layer is for tracking the quality control accepted land development cases in the Planning Office and comprehensive plan amendments that have been initiated by the Board of County Supervisors.
<DIV STYLE="text-align:Left;"><P><SPAN>The layer tracks all agricultural and forestal, proffer amendments, rezonings, and special use permit land development cases that have been accepted by the Land Use Review division. Also on the layer are public facility reviews that require a hearing by the Planning Commission, and comprehensive plan amendments that have been initiated by the Board of County Supervisors. Site polygons are added at the time of the first submission transmittal to county review agencies and remain on the layer until either adopted by the Board of County Supervisors, or with PFRs, approved by the Planning Commission. </SPAN></P></DIV>
